About the Inn

Circa 1760, the Norris House Inn, located in a garden oasis in the heart of the Historic District of Leesburg, offers bed and breakfast accommodations amidst elegant and charming surroundings. Lovingly restored, the former home of the Norris Family lives on, allowing guests a view back in time, while enjoying the ambience of the grand old house. The Norris brothers, formerly pre-eminent local builders, have graced the town with their skilled workmanship, particularly good examples of which can be found in the Norris House.

The Inn has six bedrooms, all tastefully appointed with lovely antiques and a variety of canopy, brass and feather beds. All bedrooms have private bathrooms. The Norris Suite is a lovely hideaway, complete with whirlpool bath for brides and grooms or indeed any couple seeking a special romantic interlude.

Crackling fireplaces can be enjoyed in the downstairs rooms during winter months, and of course, all guest rooms are air-conditioned in the summer months.

The Conservatory, with its views into the gardens, is a lovely all-year-round spot to relax and also enjoy the bountiful breakfast served each morning.

Carol and Roger Healey, proprietors and innkeepers, offer the hospitality for which Virginia is renowned, while also adding their own hearty British welcome. The ambiance of the surroundings truly matches the fine service provided. Carol and Roger will direct you to local events, points of interest, recommend restaurants and provide all the amenities for a memorable stay.

Rates are $140 - $190 weekends, and include a full cooked breakfast. Special weekday, weekly, corporate, single occupancy and off-season rates apply. Check, cash, Amex, Visa and MasterCard credit cards accepted.
